TPT Alumni Day 2023

Thiagarajar Polytechnic College celebrated its Alumni Day on 18 Feb 2023, Saturday at 10.30 am in the New Alumni Auditorium. Alumni members from different batches gathered in large numbers and shared their lovely memories.

Mr. R. Sundaravadivel, alumnus of1987 batch Mechanical Engineering, Divisional Manager - Manufacturing, Ashok Leyland, Hosur was the Chief Guest and Dr.S.D.Kalai Amudhan, 1997 batch EEE alumnus, Advocate, Patimandra Naduvar, Director, Puthuyugam TV Talk Show was the Guest of Honour. They shared their reminiscences with the institution and motivated the present students for their success in their lives.

Sri.C.Valliappa, Chairman congratulated the alumni for their good services to the institution and wished them good upliftments in their careers and lives. Mr.Chocko Valliappa, Vice Chairman and Mr.Thyagu Valliappa, Vice Chairman showered their greetings and appreciations to the alumni members.

Dr.V.Karthikeyan, Principal and Patron, TPT Alumni Association in his address appreciated the alumni for enthusiastically attending the function and honoured them with mementoes. He appreciated the alumni for their generous contributions for the completion and functional of the New Alumni Auditorium. He invited the alumni to their alma mater and give back their worthy services to the institution through knowledge transfer, placements, industrial training, scholarships etc.

Also, scholarships were presented to the present students and the event concluded with all the good memories of the former students with their alma mater.
